All products within the range are fire-rated to resist fire for up to 30 minutes to prevent fires spreading throughout your property. They also prevent draughts thanks to its seal, while insulation enables you to reduce heat loss.

Our compact ladders and hatches require no additional head or storage space in the loft, ensuring that they’re ideal for any locations in which space is limited. You have the option of choosing between a traditional wooden loft ladder, or our technologically-advanced electric loft ladder – complete with a concertina action which opens the ladder at the press of a button on a remote.

Of course, if you already have a loft ladder installed and simply require a loft hatch, you have the option to purchase a fire-rated loft hatch to upgrade your existing configuration.
