Fixing Brackets

The simplest way to wall-mount a fire extinguisher is to use a J-bracket. Suitable for powder, water and foam fire extinguisher types, this strong and straightforward bracket just hooks into the slot provided on the back of all Simply's fire extinguishers.

For CO2 extinguishers, choose the special 2kg or 5kg bracket.

Always ensure that the wall you are fixing the wall hook to can take the full weight of a fire extinguisher - a 9 litre extinguisher actually weighs 15kg! If you are uncertain as to the suitability of you wall, why not consider one of our freestanding fire extinguisher stands instead?
