The Green packer boasts a 1mm thickness, while the White packer offers a 3mm thickness (both available in packs of 100). Alternatively, choose the Blue packer with a thickness of 5mm, available in packs of 50. The Blue 60 Door Frame Packers possess a fire rating of up to 60 minutes in accordance with EN 1634-1 & BS476-22, provided they are used in conjunction with the frame foam. These packers have undergone thorough testing in both metal and timber stud partitioning, accommodating gaps ranging from 7mm to 30mm. They are also suitable for retrofit applications.
