Versatile for most premises, the P50's standout feature is its ingenious design, eliminating the requirement for an engineer to manage your servicing. Instead, you can effortlessly carry it out yourself by following the provided straightforward instructions.

Distinguished from conventional fire extinguishers, the P50 comes with a standard 10-year warranty, thanks to its construction with corrosion-resistant and robust yet lightweight materials. With an impressive fire rating of 43A 233B, the 9 litre foam fire extinguisher proudly displays an array of approvals, including UKCA, EN3, PED, MED, and the esteemed BSi Kitemark.

Inspecting your 9 litre P50 fire extinguisher is a straightforward process with clear instructions printed on the back to guide you through. You'll find ample space to log the maintenance using a marker pen, plus there is an app available for Google and Apple devices which you can use to register and log annual maintenance. The extinguisher is equipped with a pressure regulation gauge and an additional one for added assurance. Additionally, a special magnet is provided to verify the functionality of both gauges.

Manufactured in Great Britain by Britannia, each P50 Fireworld fire extinguisher is virtually indestructible, fashioned from polyethylene and Aramid fibre (Kevlar®). This guarantees it won't corrode, distinguishing it from standard steel extinguishers. Its durability allows for both indoor and outdoor use, all while maintaining a lightweight yet incredibly robust build. With an impressive 20-year lifespan, it requires factory refurbishment at the 10-year mark, contributing to waste reduction and is fully recyclable at the end of its service life.

Suitable for premises shops, offices, warehouses, factories, workshops, petrol stations, and anywhere storing flammable liquids such as paints, solvents, oils and petrol.

Types of fire include Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc), B (flammable liquids), and fire involving electrical equipment (tested to 1000V).

Anticipated lifespan with indoor use and proper maintenance - 10 years, with an additional 10 years after factory refurbishment.

Please Note: You should still have your new self-service P50 extinguishers commissioned and installed by an extinguisher technician.

  • Check the extinguisher is within the life expectancy by the colour date stud.
  • Sign the back of the extinguisher with a permanent marker pen.
